If you are not satisfied with our response or your complaint remains unaddressed, you may make an appeal to the Appellate Authority to Surjeet Mahapatro at appellateauthority@tataplayfiber.co.in or call on 7982616399 from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm Monday to Friday.
